Cupcake Cupcake!

Hello there!
I have created this for the Paper Variety Cupcake Challenge.  I wanted to create something different instead of a card or tag.

So I made this paper pin wheel from one double sided sheet of paper, a dowel, and a digi cupcake (right in the center).
